Personally identifiable information means information that can or potentially can be used on its own or with other information to de-anonymize data or to identify, contact, or locate a single person, including, but not limited to, names, addresses, email address, and phone numbers. Where necessary for me to optimise your therapy, I may need to collect sensitive data about you. Sensitive data refers to data that includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, criminal convictions and offences, information about your health and genetic and biometric data.

These data are treated confidentially and with respect. As a client the security of your data is really important to me. I use best practices to ensure that data is stored safely and where I do need to share data with other people I make sure I share only what is absolutely necessary.
